In 2018 a group of residents got together to establish Warringah Independent Ltd. Our aim is to give the community a voice and support independent and honest politics, focused on integrity and real action on climate change. Warringah Independent Ltd is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee, to support and campaign for the election of independent representation of candidates at local, state and federal elections for the electorate of Warringah, New South Wales.
An object of Warringah Independent Ltd is to undertake and pursue all such other similar, related or compatible objects as may from time to time be considered appropriate by the company.
The company deems the support of the climate action to be a compatible object.
All funds raised in support of greater climate action will be applied solely to that purpose.
